Are you over the age of 18? Unfortunately, we can not allow minors under the age of 18 to attend volunteer shifts with or without supervision.

Can you commit to a weekly or every other week shift on the same day each week?

Are you able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 25lbs, stand and walk for up to 4 hours, and work in heat?

Have you searched the Sanctuary's address and confirmed you are able to comute that far? We are located in the Santa Ynez Valley, about 5 miles from Buellton. We are about 50 minutes north of Santa Barbara.
